1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of A I ESTATE PLAN, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These apply to all consulting services including real estate, industrial consulting, financial sourcing, and design.

2. Scope of Services

Brokerage: Renting, buying, and selling properties.
Financial Advisory: Assistance in loans and insurance.
Technical Services: Architectural and interior consultancy.
Documentation: Legal and regulatory support.

3. Professional Fees & Payments

50% upfront and 50% on completion. Brokerage is split 50% on deal finalize and 50% after agreement. Taxes extra.

4. Client Obligations

Client must provide accurate and complete information. Company is not responsible for issues due to incorrect data.

5. Third-Party Providers

We act only as facilitator. Loan/insurance approvals are not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs and reports remain company property until full payment is completed.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for market changes, third-party decisions, or defects not handled by us.

8. Confidentiality

All information will be kept confidential.

9. Termination

7 days written notice required by either party.

Jurisdiction: Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
